TO PURCHASE AN ITEM:
Purchasing items from my Website is easy! Simply click on "Buy Now" which is Located by the ITEM PHOTO on the Clothing Item Pages you are browsing. That pays for the item directly through Paypal.. If that doesn't work, go to your own e mail and cut and paste the following in your initial email to me:(see below)
** Please provide the following :
*Item Number
* Price
*Method of Payment.(Please specify if you are paying via Money Order, Personal Check, or PayPal)
I will also need your Name, Address to ship, Zip Code, and the Shipping method you prefer. After that step is completed, I will E Mail you with a confirmation of your order, along with a total. I will then hold the item .Payment is expected within 7 days. If paying via mail with money order, please specify that by sending me an email with the above information. Do not attempt to pay for any item without receiving a confirmation from Vintage Queen. Confirmation usually happens within a couple days. Payment for eBay Auction items are done separately , of course. Any items bid on and won through eBay are paid for using an automated invoicing system after Auction End. PAYMENT
I accept On line payments via PayPal and BidPay (using my email address to pay) and Postal Money Orders. I no longer accept personal checks. Some people have paid me through Western Union and that's fine, but please check with me first. There is a link at the bottom of this page to sign up with PayPal if you do not have an account. Using PayPal is just like using a Debit or Credit Card, which takes money right out of your bank account, and it's SECURE, quick, and easy to use. item you are purchasing.

SHIPPING
We ship out items a day after payment is received and cleared. Please note: We LOVE to combine shipping costs if purchasing multiple items!!! **I ship using Priority Mail, First Class, (if the item weighs under 1 lb),and Internationally (this includes Canada) via Air Letter Post, Air Parcel Post,Express Mail (for overnight service) and Global Priority Mail. *** Domestic shipping costs are determined by postal zones and the weight of the item. The "average" cost to ship an item is usually $4-7 dollars, depending on where you live. I do not charge handling fees. If you would like your package sent overnight or sent via UPS or Fed EX, please let me know . Please feel free to E mail me for a shipping estimate before purchase. Insurance is 1.30 and up for for Domestic shipping ; International 1.80. Insurance is recommended. I always use Delivery Confirmation for everyone's benefit. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items that were sent uninsured. International shipping is always more expensive, although shipping via Priority Mail is pretty cheap. Please note that if I send them via Global Priority Mail, the Post Office does not insure them.
RETURNS
I will do returns if you are not happy with your purchase. These arrangements need to be made no more than 2 days after receipt of the item, no exceptions. Refunds are offered less the price of shipping.
