Marty's Take on Fitness and Nutrition


Fitness and ExerciseHello folks, I am Marty Savidge and welcome to my fitness and nutrition web site. With this site, I hope to tell you my story of why physical fitness must play a very important part in our lives. Like everyone else, I too had tried the numerous diets and exercise routines pushed by books, magazines, and genetically gifted atheletes. I eventually realized that I am not genetically gifted - I am what most regular people are - a hardgainer. Therefore, I would have to workout and eat differently from those who were naturally/genetically gifted.

My workout and fitness philosophy is actually quite simple. If I had to break it down, the main points would include:

1) Keep it simple
2) Keep it cheap
3) Follow the basics
4) First priority should be your health and well-being (don't experiment with drugs)
5) Use common sense

I also think that you can help yourself progress by adding some basic nutritional supplements. They are usually pretty cheap on the Internet and you can also find coupons to save even more.

In a sense, this story is probably relevant to the majority of men and women seeking to get in shape and stay in shape. Through this website, you will find some of the things that I have done and learnt, and how they have worked for me.
