Living Water Publications was founded in 1993 by Randall D. Kittle. The initial area of ministry was a quarterly publication entitled The Living Water Journal. From its small beginnings the Journal now touches lives in almost every state of America as well as 32 countries worldwide. |

| Starting in 2000, the area of ministry expanded to include Conferences. Today Living Water sponsors 2-3 conferences each year | ||
| From its inception, it has been the vision and passion of Randall for believers to have access to sound Biblical instruction, and to be released into all that God has called them to be. Randall is uniquely gifted to help equip and release those with revelatory gifts. In addition to overseeing the ministry of Living Water Publications Randall also writes for other Christian publications and preaches and teaches at Forest City Fellowship where he is an elder. | ||
