Welcome to the Kingdom of Elysium. What is Elysium, you ask? Elysium is an archepelago- a chain of islands in the Underworld. Literally "The Islands of the Blessed," Elysium is the sector of Hades(HAY-deez)' realm where the righteous and kind souls go.

*      In these islands reside a breed of Dragon - Queen Persephone's (per-SEF-oh-nee) sacred beast. These creatures are called Dracae Somnium (Dragons of Dreams, or Dream Dragons), and were created as a pair for her by her brother-in-law, Posiedon (Pos-I-e-duhn), as a wedding gift. Originally, it had been one of his attempts to woo Amphitrite (Am-fih-tri-TEE), but she hadn't been pleased with the dragons, and so he passed them along. So delighted with the two beasts was the goddess Persephone, that she had them captured and kept in her lord's realm. There, they protect her and Elysium, as the three-headed dog Cerberus does Tartarus.
     Now the Dracae Somnium have begun to breed, and they need good homes. Persephone has named the female Amalthea (A-MAHL-thee-ah) and the male Discord (DIS-kord). Would you like to meet them? If so, seek out Persephone, and she may take you there...
