Barony March of Mons Tonitrus

The Thunder Mountains are calling us...... They want to hear our laughter, feel the beat of our drums, gaze upon our newest garb, taste our brews, and smell the food grilling over the fire. Come to your senses and join us at Barmaids!

The Barony March of Mons Tonitrus invites all to join us for our spotlight event, April 24-26 in the foothills of the beautiful Huachuca mountains.Click here for a small collection of site photos.

Bar room brawls for the fighters (armored combat and rapier) - Bring out your weird weapons!
Boar hunt for armored fighters - Someone has to hunt for dinner.
Archery and Siege - Help defend the Bar against the unruly!
Youth activities - Crafts, their own competition, story time and marshmallow roasting
Best Barmaid competition - Don your bodice and show us your skills!
Brewing competition - Who can bring the best brew to the Bar?
Scribal Tea - A gathering for our talented scribes. Bring your portfolio and share ideas.
Drum and Belly dancing classes - Inspired and taught by the Red Hands Tribe
Middle East Dance and Drum competition - Also hosted by the Red Hands Tribe

We shopped at Estrella War for prizes, so you know they are good!

BBQ feast/potluck - Bring a side dish to share. We'll cook up the meat.

Site Rules : Site opens at 2:00 PM on Friday afternoon and closes at 3:00 PM on Sunday. Site is wet, with local drinking laws observed. Site is primitive without running water. You must bring your own drinking water. Fires in above ground fire pits only with extinguisher easily accessible. Pets welcome and must be leashed. Kingdom curfew will be observed.

NOTE: Current vehicle registration, auto insurance, and photo ID for all passengers in each vehicle is mandatory for entrance onto Ft. Huachuca.

For those wishing to attend, but not camp, please contact the Autocrat and she can find crash space or direct you to several hotels within easy driving distance of the event. Special needs attendees please consult with the Autocrat for any requirements.

Site: Lower Garden Canyon Picnic Area, Ft. Huachuca, AZ 85613 Take I-10 to the Ft. Huachuca/Sierra Vista exit. Travel South on Hwy. 90 for approx. 28 miles to the main gate of Ft. Huachuca. Follow the signs to Lower Garden Canyon. It's an easy, paved drive to the site.
