With these monotypes I create images of landscapes,
with the tension and emotion one feels when experiencing the vastness.
The solitude and loneliness; the beauty and color;
the endlessness and the possibilities.
I try and capture that emotion with color and movement.

As a human being, one is drawn to seek a connection
and accordance with all that surrounds – the beliefs of others,
the interconnectedness of one belief system to another
and the continual search for new information or experiences
that establish a higher level of consciousness and awareness.
The bridges I use in my prints represent the connection we seek.
The matrix remains the same, the constant in life that keeps moving through,
the paths we seek and try to follow.
