Kirsten is the youngest of 4 children, and is 8 years old. She was born in September, 1995 with hypoplastic left heart syndrome, and required a heart transplant at age 5 months. Since then it has been a struggle for our family financially. A few years ago I bought a gift shop, thinking I could work and have the children with me, and all I accomplished was to get us in a lot of debt. I now have a small concession stand so that I can work whenever possible, but it is hard to work with a chronically sick child. The creditors are hounding me daily, and I'm about to be sued for a large credit card debt. Any amount of help would be appreciated. |
