Socialist Action branches host a variety of forums, study groups and social gatherings. Below is a sampling list of upcoming Socialist Action events, as well as important anti-war, labor, pro-choice, Mumia and other events that we encourage our supporters and readers to attend and build. Socialist Action Forums:
San Francisco, CA - San Francisco Socialist Action holds classes and film showings ever Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm at the Socialist Action Bookstore, which is located at 298 Valencia Street. Socialist Action Bookstore in San Francisco has a large stock of new
and used books on politics and history. It is open regularly 11-6 Monday through Friday, with frequent extra hours on weekends.

Commie Sporting League Events:
Youth for Socialist Action's Commie Sporting League would like to invite you to join us in playing commie soccer! Every Saturday at noon we get together at Duluth, MN's Chester Bowl Park for an informal game of pick up soccer. The rules are democratically voted on, everyone is welcome regardless of skill, and a great work out is guaranteed!
YSA started up the Commie Sporting League a year and a half ago. The goal of the CSL is to provide a fun medium for young activists, YSAers and young people in general to get together to socialize and have a good time. We've organized boxing matches, target shooting outings, basketball games, volleyball, ball tag games and now commie soccer.
CSL will be running weekly commie soccer games all summer long, and perhaps into the fall. If you're interested just show up. If you need a ride you can call (715) 394-6660.
