| Natalie's Home Childcare operates on a Monday to Friday schedule. Rates are confidential and are based on the Contracted hours agreed upon by the Provider and the Parents. I require fees to be paid on a weekly or bi-weekly basis payable on the Friday before childcare commences A security deposit is required before childcare can begin. This protects me from unexpected departures from my childcare. It will be credited towards your last 2 weeks of childcare should you decide to leave before your contracted date and proper notice is given. Please note a $25.00 (non-refundable) registration fee is required for the Preschool Program Cash or cheque is accepted . Cheques give you a better record to compare with my figures at tax time. Returned cheques will be charged a $25.00 service fee and only cash will be accepted from that point on. Late pick-ups not pre-arranged will be charged $5.00per 15 minute increments. Weekly fees not paid on time will be charged a $5.00 per day fee untill paid (weekends included). I have 3 personal/sick days in which regular fees will apply in a calendar year.
