I know Mark Geragos, and Mark Geragos is no Al Pacino. With the help of "jury monitors" like Nancy Grace, jury tampering has become a national, media event. Check out all the jurors who were removed. Juror #5 Justin Falconer, was removed because he was photographed exchanging words with Laci's brother, Brent Rocha. Wasn't Brent merely seeking to justify Nancy Grace's rage? --Nancy Grace is a certifiable lunatic who routinely attacks reasonable people like Falconer, whenever they don't buy all the crap she promotes on national television. Justin Falconer was an airport security officer and has shown himself, in interviews after his stint at the trial, to be a reasonable person. The second juror (Juror #7) removed was a woman who worked for a gas and electric company. She was believed to have been surfing the Internet despite orders from the judge not to read any materials outside of State evidence. Absolute obedience to the overwhelming power of the state spells conviction every time -guilty, or not. The last juror removed was the jury foreman. He was the alternate who replaced Justin Falconer. He is both a doctor and a lawyer. He oversees patents in a medical research company. The ones who were not removed are extremely strange and ignorant, because one requires an extremely overactive imagination to convict an innocent man like Scott Peterson. And that's how demons like Nancy Grace stack the jury to convict an innocent man.

Reasonable Proposition: The media SHOULD NOT be allowed to talk about the jury OR to photograph ANY juror, until the trial is over.
