| Mazkir/a: The Mazkir or Mazkira is the president of the region. This person is in charge of coordinating the other tafkidim on their mazkirut.They are also responsible for being the direct link between the region and the Bogrim and Ofarim/Tsofim supervisors. AVP: The Administrative Vice President is in charge of fundraising for their region. This involves developing creative products to sell regionally and nationally as well as fundraising events throughout the region. The AVP is also in charge of logistics for conventions, such as scheduling. Ofarim/Tsofim Programmer: The O/T Programmer creates peulot for their local and regional Ofarim and Tsofim clubs (grades 3-8). They create Shabbatonim and Winter Camp peulot and activities. Bogrim Programmer: The Bogrim Programmer creates peulot for their local and regional Bogrim (high school) clubs. They write and plan Bogrim Conventions as well as remain closely involved with Bogrim activities throughout the region. Social Action Programmer: The SAP is in charge of social action programs thoughout the region. They create a peulah for each convention that fits the convention theme and uses social action as its base. They create and encourage other chanichim to become involved in social action projects. Pirsum: The Pirsum's responsibilities include creating newsletters throughout the year that reflect on what the region has done and on upcoming regional events. The Pirsum represents the region through documentation, when needed. This includes press releases, Hadassah newsletters, and the National Young Judaea Newspaper -Kol Ha'Tnua. |
| The mazkirut is a board elected by their peers to lead our region. They plan club activities and conventions, issue a regional newspaper, and maintain contact with national Young Judaea. |
