Jay - Will Smith
Taking place four years after the first movie, MIB 2 finds Kay (Tommy Lee Jones) enjoying civilian life while his replacement, Jay (Will Smith) continues working for the Men In Black. For the uninitiated (or the forgetful) the Men In Black are an unofficial government funded agency that monitors and polices all aliens and alien activity on earth. While working a crime, Jay uncovers a wicked scheme masterminded by Serleena (Lara Flynn Boyle), a devious Kylothian monster that disguises herself as a sexy lingerie model. Jay must quickly convince the retired Agent Kay to rejoin the Men In Black in order to stop the earth's complete destruction.

Men In Black II Plot Synopsis:
Agents Kay and Jay:
The Men In Black responsible for saving earth in the first movie. Once again they find themselves pitted against the scum of the universe in MIB 2, where they must face off against the sinister alien, Serleena.
Serleena:
A Kylothian monster bent on destroying planet earth. She disguises herself as a lingerie model (Lara Flynn Boyle).
Big Head:
A member of the Cerebrans who have been visiting the earth since the last millenium. Each time they visit, they bring a new hairstyle with them to cover their humongous heads, introducing earth to the Afro and the '80's Big Hair look. The Cerebrans are highly intelligent and hope to solve the meaning of life in a few years, using the empirical evidence they have collected.
Flapjack:
A B-Movie actor who plays (not too surprisingly) aliens in movies. He's from the farthest reaches of the Andromeda system and has a fan base there as well as on earth.
Mosh Bulb:
A noisy creature from Doldunn, the plant dominated jungle planet. Mosh Bulb is himself a plant with chlorophyll in place of blood and green skin. The bulb nose contains seeds for reproduction. This alien was detained by the MIB for killing a man who mistakenly ate his seeds, thinking they were sunflower seeds.
Rita:
Played by Rosario Dawson. She is the love interest of Jay (Will Smith) and is being hunted by aliens. However, in this picture she is seen with the "worm guys," the helper aliens at MIB headquarters.
Frank:
The informative little pug from the first MIB is back in the sequel.
