Welcome to my site. Here is a little background about me, Marty Epping.  I am married and Grandmother to 4 great kids.  As of 2/1/2003 I took early retirement and am pursuing one of my great loves, woodcarving.            Having been a woodcarver for over 18 years I have found it to be an addictive and absorbing hobby. I am .a current member of the Kansas City Woodcarving Club, Inc. and National Wood Carvers' Association. I would encourage all woodcarvers to join the N. W. C. A.              I have tried many forms of carving but have found my love at the moment is Chip Carving. I also love Relief and Spoon Carving.  Sometimes I play around with In-The-Round carving, mainly Santas and humans. Like most carver I like to experiment with other types of carving .
