My name is Donalyn Mason better known as Donie. I have been working as an accountant for 25 years and have decided to change my profession to what I enjoy most which is quilting. I am very blessed with a great family. I am married to Lyle we have 5 great children that we are very proud of. We just on June 28th received our 9th grandchild (a girl Rhaegon) her brother Mason is who gave me the name of "Meme".
Lyle and his son Scott and grandson Mike have been very busy working on their new Nosalgia Top Fuel race car I will be sharing with you all some pictures soon. I am very proud of them not to mention it is fun to watch.
Along with this great family comes a great Mom and 2 sisters and a brother that have always been there for me. So as you can see with a family like this how could I not be blessed everyday.
I do have to add that 2003 was not the easiest year for my son Terry wife Kinzie or myself whereas our family lost a precious baby at birth June 11th. Ben weight 6 lbs 10 oz. He is always in our thoughts and prayers.
I do have to thank all those who prayed and supported my family during this taugh time.
We are back on track and moving on and thanks to the help of a Bernina Sewing machine which is my theropy along with great friends we have survived.
