| Below are 2 designs for promotional cards that can be printed up and distributed to potential posting board peeps. Tara's Apprentice was able to print up about 25 promotional cards for distribution at the Official Posting Board Party in February 2003. Cards were given out to Joss Whedon, James Marsters, and Jane Espenson among others. You never know who is lurking! (: Here is a step-by-step process of what she went through to create the cards. You can help support the sites by doing the same and distributing them at any upcoming convention that you may be attending or you can show your support by donating any funds for printing. We like to be in the loopy! *Copy both the magic box and barge postcard designs to a floppydisk (use bigger versions on the next page--see link below) *Brought that floppy to Kinkos. Told the people behind the counter that on this disk are two designs. I need to make postcard size appx. 6 1/2 inches by 4 1/2 inches in size. I need them printed back to front. *They took the disk and opened it up and adjusted the size to an approximate postcard size as stated above. *2 postcards fit on ONE sheet of paper. i believe we used a laser printer type paper. I had to cut them myself otherwise cutting was an additional charge. I bought a paper cutting thing to do it so the lines would be all straight. *They gave me about 11 pages (22 copies for about $28.00) and i talked them into giving me a couple more for an even $30 Tara's apprentice will be printing up MORE cards.
