for Windows NT/2000/XP. It is free and without any restrictions.

 New setting parameters:
   'Dual monitor' - enables multi-monitor support.
   'Speed' has two scrollbars for control of the maximum
   and minimum speed of columns.
   'The same (speed) for all columns' was removed.
   'Column length' parameter has two scrollbars too.
