Marilyn A. Hudson is an author, a librarian, and a storyteller.

She is the author of "Off The Page!", "Elephant Hips Are Expensive" and other works.  She has served as editor of several non-profit newsletters and as a stringer for a local newspaper, and a contributing editor of  a national periodical. Her fiction has been included in the first two volumes of the
Red Dirt Anthology      She was head writer and editor of the history "One Night Club & A Mule Barn".

As a librarian she has worked in children and teen services in the public library field, served as an elementary school library media specialist, and  currently is the director of an academic library.   She heads up a small review page to provide professional qualitieyreviews for worthy works.

She has traveled the state over the last decade sharing stories whereever she could get people to stop long enough to listen.  She has been a featured teller at three "
Tellabrations!", at the OKC Zoo, Orr Farm, The OKC Arts Festival, Wintertales! (Oklahoma Olio Concert), the Lawton Community Theater,  various churches, schools, and libraries. She was featured on the 2002 CD "Autumn Leaves & Stories All Around" produced by the Oklahoma Territory Tellers.
