"People_Collage" was developed by the publisher, Wayne E. Manzo, in 2000 when he was staying at a downtown Chicago flophouse a few blocks West of the "Harold Washington Public Library".

A room the size of bread basket with a wire ceiling and decades of dirt and stains on the walls was the catalyst for purchasing used magazines from the library, covering the walls with a few white plastic table clothes, and then carefully cutting out celebrities and everyday people that happened to make it in American and foriegn magazines.
The publisher had been forced to leave N.J. in 1998 when the "CIA-Alien Race" began to burn his body creating symptoms of "HIVE". From Toronto to Buffalo to Denver and then Chicago. The "Windy City", a "CIA-Alien Hive" in itself, continued to torture and torment him because he was(and is) still a human being and not assimilated. Working the Chicago Tribune trucks with evil CIA-aliens only enabled him to rent a flop house room__across the street from the "Federal jail" and a block North of the "Chicago Stock Exchange".

Leaving the newspaper trucks in a CIA-Alien induced "brain fog", provided only time to visit the Harold Washington(he was killed by the Race while Mayor) Library, buy some old magazines and some junk food from "Osco" or "Walgreens" and then stupor back to the flop house where the bedbugs where waiting. A "stinger" water heater, instant soup, and a can of vegetables equaled dinner__and after that the publisher examined used magazines for interesting photographs, cutting them out, and then strategically placing them on the walls of that very nasty, seedy, room.
