The Manatee County Mounted Posse's most important role in Manatee County is to provide alternative activities to the youth in Manatee County and the surrounding area. We help the youth of this area build self esteem through their relationship with their equine partners through Barrel Racing, Pole Bending and other equine games and activities.
Sponsors are always welcome and needed to continue our efforts. Contact us for more information if you are interested in becoming a MCMP sponsor. We are a non-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible. Our Tax Id number is available upon request. Please Make Checks payable to : Manatee County Mounted Posse, Aux, Inc.
Our regular shows are held the 2nd Saturday of each month and include events for all age groups from Pee Wee (ages 3-9) through Jack Benny (ages 39 and up). Events include barrel racing, pole bending, speed and stop, etc. Exhibition begins at 5:00 pm with the show begining at 6:00 p.m.
