Meeting of Friends of the El Paso Public Library Main Library 6:00
p.m. on Monday, June 1, 2009 *All Friends members are welcome, but only board members will have a final vote. The
Association is organized to establish closer relations between the Main Library
of the El Paso Public Library and the people it
serves; to promote informed interest in its function, resources, services and
needs; to confer with the staff of the Main Library on
matters relating to the welfare of the institution; to stimulate and receive
gifts, endowments and bequests for the benefit of the Main
Library; and to support the development of a program for the improvement of the
Library's services and resources.
