Materials:
Filter: FM Tile Tools
Filter: VM Toolbox
Filter: ECWS Tile Maker 1.0

Filter: NVR Border Mania
Filter: I.C.Software's Filters unlimited 2.0

Choose a light- and a dark color from your image
Selections / Select All
Selections / Modify / Contract by 20 pixels
Selectons / Invert
Layers / New Raster Layer
Fill with your chosen light color
 
Reduce the Opacity of this layer to 50% in your Layers Palette

Play around with the opacity and decide for yourself ;-)


Merge layers
 
Effects / Plugins / Bordermania / Frame #2 - change the two top settings to 7 ( Border width and frame width )   

    
Selections / Invert
 
Repeat the Bordermania effect

Deselect ( Ctrl +D )
 
Image / Add border of 30 pixels

Select with the Magic Wand and fill with

your dark color


Effects  / Plugins / VM Toolbox / Instant Tile /

X-Flip op 77 / Y-Flip op 7
 
Effects / Plugins / FM Tile Tools / Blend emboss - standard
 
Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel with these settings  

  

    Deselect


Add a 10 pixel border, select and fill with the dark color
 
NVR-Bordermania / Frame #2  - change the settings

 on the top two slidebars to 3
 
Add a 30 pixel border, select and fill with the dark color
 
With the border still selected, add a new Raster Layer
 
Fill this layer with the light color
 
Effects / Plugins / ECWS tile maker 1.0 - setting on 66
 
Layers / Merge / Merge All
 
Effects / Plugins / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss - standard
 
Effects / Plugins / Filters Unlimited 2.0 /

Buttons & Frames / Glass frame 2 - with these settings
    

    
Add a 10 pixel border, select and fill with the dark color
 
Bordermania / Frame #2 - with the two top settings on 3
 
Reduce your image, add some nice corners,

add your watermark and your name
