Christian Counseling Services
									Professional counseling services for adults, couples,  and families. Traditional cognitive/behavioral therapy  and spiritual disciplines (prayer and reflection) are integrated to promote emotional, mental, and spiritual growth to overcome life's difficulties.  All religious faiths are respected, and inclusion of prayer as part of the counseling process is optional.                                Other Services                             Anger Management                            Stress  Management                         Parenting Skills Training                   Anxiety/Depression Evaluations The initial session includes completing paperwork          and gaining information from all persons regarding         the presenting problem.  Thereafter, sessions will be approximately 50 minutes. All information is kept confidential barring Texas State Law exceptions.  Appropriate breach of confidentiality can occur in the following situations: (a) threatened harm to self or others, (b) any reported suspected child/elderly abuse, and (c) court ordered release of information.  Written permission is required to receive and/or release counseling records.  Presently, the following insurances are accepted: Unicare, CompCare, Medicaid, United Health Care and Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO). Optional: A sliding scale fee is available depending upon overall family imcome.
