* The Chaos Opera (I PROMISE it sees print this year. PROMISE).
* The Zombologist - a short film script I'm preparing for Erynn's approval, a statement on homeland defense in a dark comedy format.
* The Fracture - A book of short horror stories (format still in debate)
* Sunfall - A revision of TGL to bring it up to speed and reward reader feedback
* An assorted fanfic here or there to keep my teeth sharp
I may yet return to writing poetry, but we'll see. 500 line epic poems have problems finding an audinece willing to actually sit through them...

If nothing else, 2005 has been a year of dynamic change, most of it good, all of it long overdue. The problem with maturing, it seems, is how it changes the reasons you write. The reasons I write now are very different from the reasons I was writing when I was 20 or even 25 - our evolution of character, caught along on the flow of time like we all are, can't help but change our methods of expression. I feel I have more to offer as a writer now than I did before, which is a good thing. I just have to remember that I have readers out there who have been lovingly patient in wait of The Chaos Opera, which is an amazing thing. I'm a lucky guy to have coined up these stories and encountered what faithful readers I have. I won't let you down.
