| Our Mission and Goals |
LOCF has three main goals. These are Goals
of Youth Ministry given by the United States
Conference of Catholic Bishops
- Empowering Young People to Live as Disciples
of Jesus Christ in Our World Today by communicating
in a way that will allow everyone to understand
his or her own faith and making sure that Christianity
is the first aspect of life.
- Drawing young people to responsible participation
in the life, mission, and work of the Catholic
faith community by encouraging
youth particpation with the parish, family cooperation,
and unity.
- Fostering the total personal and spiritual
growth of each young person through personal
and spriritual growth.
