Written with the purpose of educating people in matters concerning the Catholic Resistance to the Modernist Apostasy, and based on the principles elucidated by the Church, that the truth is never afraid, and that the Church is never afraid of the Truth, and on the principles elucidated by Frs. Rumble & Carty and by Fulton Sheen in his essay, "The Art of Controversy". — Benedicamus Deus, Lúcio.

Introduction

In April 2006, suddenly and without any kind of provocation, a David Hobson published on his website a scurrilous article — a letter by a Fr. Brey — attacking the Holy Father, Pope Michael I. The need to address and refute this scurrilous attack led to the creation of this page. This page has been thoroughly revised as of early Feb. 2008, to reflect the current state of affairs, and to remove unnecessary materials, particularly, that which discusses Mr. Gary Giuffre, Mr. James Condit Jr., etc. The part refuting Hobson's scurrilous attack is now a new page: Hobson's Malice (Coming!).

David Hobgoblin Hobson, Gothic Prince of Darkness

I have never met David Hobson, but have corresponded with him. I have found Hobson to be a weird person — although describing him as "weird" is an understatement.

Like many traditionalists, Hobson promotes the Pseudo-Melanist heresy.

Hobson in a parasite on the Catholic Traditionalist movement. He exploits Catholic materials in order to establish himself in Traditionalist circles, but is a violent hypocrite and, as I have already stated, an outstanding weirdo. Nothing establishes his weirdness than his trademark tactics of taking unproven claims that he wishes to endorse — and prefixing them with the word "FACT!" (or sometimes "REALITY!"); yes, in upper-case.

Thus, for example, he will state: Two plus two is five: FACT! Five times seven is a million: FACT! And so on. You get the picture.

Coupled with his weirdness or lunacy is his moral hypocrisy. He is obnoxious and insists on imposing himself on others. And yet, he will pounce upon, and misrepresent innocent stray remarks to portray them as proof of moral depravity or turpitude. Yet, this is the same person who, without any provocation whatsoever, wrote to me an email calling me a "B@$%*^#!". This is his "Catholicism" in action!

Background Information

I have found on the Internet a large number of Top-Level Domain (TLD) websites that are connected to each other, going under the name "St. Gemma.com" Group of Websites. They have interesting and sometimes very valuable content matter, but I wonder why there are so many separate Top-Level Domain (TLD) websites (of course, one could have name redirects to a main website).

This "St. Gemma.com" Group of Websites is run by David Hobson, who, at one time, was a follower of Mr. Gary Giuffre, the original inventor of the Sirianist fairytale. Giuffre's Sirianism peddles the nonsensical fairytale of Giuseppe Cardinal Siri having been the true Pope until his death in 1989 and having left a successor or system to ensure a successor. Besides Mr. Gary Giuffre himself, Mr. James J. "Jim" Condit, Jr., and the Vietnamese-American "Fr." / "Dr." Peter Tran Van Khoat have been associated with promoting Sirianism.

At one time, Mr. Hutton Gibson, the father of the Hollywood actor, Mel Gibson, was a follower of Gary Giuffre and the Sirianist fairytale; however, at some point of time, Hutton Gibson publicly turned against Sirianism in his publication, "The War is Now!".

In addition, Giuffre also owns the website Gary-Giuffre.com and Church-In-Eclipse.com, both of which are not activated.

Mr. Condit owns and operates several websites: RealNews247.com | (Against) ADL Against Mel Gibson | The Final Solution To Adolph Hitler.com & HitlerDVD.com (Mirrored sites) | VoteFraud.org | NetworkAmerica.org. A Condit website, Vote2004AD, owned by his former friend, David Hobson, is no longer functional.

Khoat's Double Game: Playing to both Siri and Lefebvre!

Another website associated with the Sirianists, principally Mr. Gary Giuffre, in some unpublicized manner, is "Novus Ordo Watch" (NOW), which for the present, is apparently under the editorship of a Mr. Mario Derksen. NOW provides information on the Siri claims on the Novusordowatch.org website. Mr. Derksen states that he merely considers the Siri Thesis probable, but does not support it as certain.

Mr. Giuffre lived in Houston, while Fr. Khoat, I was initially informed, lives in Port Arthur, both places being in Texas, U.S.A. Subsequently, I have been informed by a reliable person that Khoat also resides in Hanoi, Communist Vietnam, as a rich businessman operating several factories and travelling around in luxury cars; as a "Dr." Khoat, he now acts as President of the $3 b. Keystone Group (reminds one of the "Keystone Cops"?) — a multinational group of companies with varied business interests — aiming to set-up an "American Hospital" in Hanoi; Keystone is into real estate, clothing, petroleum, finance & investment services; Keystone's office in Saigon ("Ho Chi Minh City") was "opened to support the design, manufacture and distribution of Keystone's own brands of clothing in the US Markets".

It seems that Khoat alternates living in Hanoi and Texas, where he is presently associated with the Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity Church, in Corpus Christi. The OLMHT chapel website identifies a Mr. Michael R. Rios as president.

There is no explanation of the source of Khoat's wealth — an issue that, along with his alleged association with Mafiosi, created a controversy soon after his arrival in the United States and association with the Lefebvre sect's circuit of chapels.

The information on "Dr." Khoat's "American Hospital" is:

There has been, in recent times, from about mid-2006, an un-explained rupture between Giuffre and Hobson, at least, with Condit and Gordon remaining with Giuffre; Khoat, apparently, continues to be in good relations with both factions.

Others involved in promoting Sirianism are a Mr. Kenneth Gordon and his wife Mrs. Judith Gordon of Moscow, Idaho, etc., operators of the Sirianist website Eclipse-of-the-Church.com; the Gordons' website, like Hobson himself, also plugs the Pseudo-Melanist heresy. The Gordons et al seem to form a third faction of Sirianists, ones that have apparently had a comparatively amicable parting with the Giuffre group.

David Hobson openly states on his website: "Let us pray for Fr. Khoat's mission from Pope Siri." There has been persistent rumors that Khoat claims to be the Pope as successor of Siri (Antipope Gregory XVII) under the title, Antipope Innocent XIX. A website had even been prepared for this purpose a few years ago, but for unknown reasons, this has not yet happened.

Sirianism

The core belief of this group or school of thought, which falls within the "Traditionalist Catholic" movement, is that Giuseppe Cardinal Siri was originally elected Pope in the 1963 conclave. This story was then apparently altered so that Siri was ostensibly elected during the October 1958 conclave following the death of Pope Pius XII, and took the name Pope Gregory XVII, but was blackmailed into resigning (which resignation would be illegal, null and void, under the law excluding duress) and was substituted by the Modernist Angelo Giuseppe Roncalli, who took the name Pope John XXIII (John XXIII-II, to distinguish him from Baldassare Cosa, the Pisan papal claimant of seven centuries ago).

I have coined the names "Sirian", "Sirianism" and "Sirianist" in order to describe this school, basing on the probable Latin form of Siri, which would be Sirius, so that a follower of a Sirius, even an ostensible one, would be defined as a Sirian. (See also my article on Sirianism).

The purpose of creating the name is to better classify and thereby understand the ideas involved. No "Traditionalist Catholic", I believe, can legitimately argue with the need for this. However, several persons have indirectly challenged this nomenclature, and against them I would suggest that any person doubting this question (of nomenclature) should study the rules governing the derivation of names for movements, parties, ideologies, schools, etc., from the names of their founders or principal proponents.

Thus for example, we have the Monophysite heresy, which is also called the Jacobite heresy after its principal proponent, Jacob Bardai. Another Jacobitism is that named after those who adhere to the legitimist claimant to the English, Scottish and Irish thrones, James II and his successors, culminating today in His Royal Highness, King Francis II of the House of Wittelbach, King of Bavaria, England, Scotland and Ireland (See http://www.jacobite.ca). In the study of the Catholic Faith, we find that the Catholic Church denounced the heresy of Michel de Bay as "Baianism". Etc., etc. We can go on and on, adducing further and further evidence, if only the ignorant will learn rather than arrogantly and conceitedly rely on self-devised formulas of nomenclature!

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder?

In preparing this list of sites, my desire is merely to bring attention to the quirky fact that one particular individual — David Hobson — has felt the urgent need to create so many independent websites.

I ask the academic question: "Is this proof of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder?". It would be illuminating to obtain the answer to this query.

In addition, Hobson owns several other websites: I was warned by my correspondents of Hobson's habit of registering websites in the name of his opponents and blackmailing them with threats of putting up slanderous and libellous calumnies (such as of child abuse, financial improprieties, etc.) on these websites. Searching under these names, I found that Hobson has registered and holds the following websites:

That these sites are owned and held by Hobson can be confirmed merely by entering these urls into the search box at Whois.ws.

It should be obvious to the meanest intelligence that such actions on the part of Hobson constitutes unmitigable malice, and intellectual robbery and piracy of a fellow-citizen's good name, a great sin against Christianity.

It also constitutes the crime of Cybersquatting.

On researching I found that Mario Derksen has registered his own name website MarioDerksen.com which redirects to his main website CatholicInsight.com; Giuffre has been forced to settle for Gary-Giuffre.com; someone, perhaps acting for Mel Gibson, has registered HuttonGibson.com which now hosts Hutton Gibson's writings; and that Laura Yantsos has registered LauraYantsos.com, LauraYantsos.org & LauraYantsos.net. All of these seem to have been forced to register these sites in order to pre-empt Hobson's maniacal mischief!

Thus we have certain confirmation of Hobson's "Compulsive Obsessive Disorder"!

Liar! Liar!

Not only is David Hobson a weirdo and a heretic, he is also a congenital liar. He has publicly claimed that I, Lucio Mascarenhas, am one of Pope Michael's Cardinals, a claim invented out of whole cloth. When I wrote back Hobson demanding that he withdraw this public libel immediate, he responded with abuse, calling me a "B@$%*^#!". This is proof of Hobson's "Catholicism"!

David Hobson's latest misadventure is to twist the words of the Holy Father, Pope Michael I, to a pretension that he (the Holy Father) had sought "ordination" from "Fr." Khoat. Hobson wrote to me on Jan 6, 2008:

The laity has the right to receive from the clergy the spiritual good and especially the necessary means of salvation, according to the rules of ecclesiastical discipline.
Since Tran Van Khoat claims to be a cleric he had a duty to deliver a definitive positive answer, since he now claims to have had certain knowledge of Siri's papacy:
Indeed we declare, say, pronounce, and define that it is altogether necessary to salvation for every human creature to be subject to the Roman Pontiff — Unam Sanctam
Since it is necessary to be subject to the Pope, when Bawden approached Khoat, Khoat had a duty to tell him who the Pope was, so he could submit to him. By failing to do so, Khoat tacitly declared that Siri was not Pope. This tacit declaration led Bawden and others to reach the conclusion that Siri was not Pope, which cleared the way for a Papal Election, which was held on July 16, 1990. Khoat was aware of the impending Papal Election and by his silence gave tacit consent to said election.

In the above email, you will notice Hobson's characteristic weird language, by his repetitive recourse to words such as "Accurate", "Calculated", "FACT", as if the use of these words can cover for the lack of substance to his lies.

Hobson thus deliberately misrepresented the facts. The facts, as stated by the Holy Father, Pope Michael I, was that in October 1988, prior to the election of July 16, 1990, he (Pope Michael) visited Khoat in order to test his (Khoat's) claim that Siri, who was then still alive, was the true Pope. There is nothing in his (Pope Michael's) words to warrant the assumption that he had solicited Khoat for ordination to the priesthood, or the even more fantastic pretension that he (Pope Michael) thereby acknowledged Siri as Pope!

Hobson, perhaps, quickly realized that I would not fall for this garbage, and followed the above email with another, in which he called me a "B@$%*^#!"

Before sharing this garbage (pretension of the Holy Father having sought ordination from Khoat) with me, Hobson apparently shared this with the Apostate Mrs. Teresa Louise Stanfill-Benns, a woman who had long dominated the Holy Father, Pope Michael, and who had led him into many moral wrongdoings, such as tolerance of immodest dress and of women wearing pants, etc., before apostatizing because the Holy Father refused to submit to her "infallible guidance" a la the Mariavites. Mrs. Benns has always insisted on her rights to wear pants, described by God in the Holy Bible as an "accursed abomination", and the trademark of Feminists-harpies (Deut. xxii, v: "A woman shall not be clothed with man's apparel, neither shall a man use woman's apparel: for he that doeth these things is abominable before God"), and one of the charges that had been made against St. Joan of Arc. This apostate fiend, for long pretending to be a "Traditionalist Catholic", has also nothing but contempt for the Catholic law that women be veiled in church — a sticking point with Traditionalists versus Roman Modernists!!! Then this apostate woman has the insolence to use photographs of the Holy Father presiding over marriage & baptism, etc., ceremonies of her family, where she and other female members of her family are immodestly dressed, to slander the Holy Father!

This same apostate women had, at one time, been trying to armtwist the Holy Father to submit to Greek Schismatics in order to receive from them Holy Orders, pressure which he correctly rejected. Now this same woman has the temerity and dishonesty to second Hobson's misrepresentation of the Holy Father's motives in visiting Khoat in October 1988!!!

Nor is this all. This apostate woman, Mrs. Benns, wrote in her reply that "All of us have 'damned souls', whether we realize it or admit it or not". This is the most astounding heresy that has ever been stated.

Most Holy Father,

I spotted two serious red flags in Mrs. Benns' email reply to Hobson, one being the "Damned Souls" piece. However, my understanding of this is apparently different.

I see it principally, not of Mrs. Benns' being spiritually ill and in need of emergency assistance, but of grave heresy.

When a person pretending to be a Christian, and in the context of the Communion of Saints, says that "we all have damned souls", without any qualifications, it makes for a very astonding statement. If "we all have damned souls" is true, all must necessarily include all those Christians in heaven and in purgatory. Therefore, as per Mrs. Benns, we are forced to postulate, that these souls in heaven and in purgatory, "are damned" or that there is "something damned about them". And, of course, among these souls, we must also count the Mother of God.

On my own, I would characterize this as being one of the greatest heresies ever taught in the history of Christianity.

But this is not the only thing. The Apostle St. John warns us not to greet a heretic and to say "God speed" to him / her (2 John i, 10). True and good Christians do not wish heretics or request or solicit their "prayers", or appreciate such prayers. This must should be obvious to the least astute of orthodox Christians. Despite this, Mrs. Benns thanked David Hobson, with whom she publicly disagrees over the Siri issue, for his "prayers". Such a response may be all ok from a purely human viewpoint, where one is expected to be courteous without exception, but it is contrary to Christian principles, and signifies sharing, mutual or otherwise, of error and heresies.

Mrs. Benns' email reply to the Hobgoblin only proves beyond any doubt that she is extremely self-conceited, and that, due to her self-conceit, she has fallen into extreme heresy.

Mrs. Benns' backing up of Hobson on his lie misrepresenting your statement on the Siri fairytale into a solicitation of the putative "Siri lineage" only goes to prove her utter contempt for honesty.

If "all of us have damned souls, whether we realize it or not, whether we admit it or not", it must necessarily mean that even all the human souls now in Heaven and Purgatory, have "damned souls." And, that must include the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Mother of God. And, if we possess "damned souls", then necessarily, we must, after our death, be inescapably damned to hell, for 'damned souls' cannot be admitted to Heaven, into the presence of the God who cannot and will not accept any soul into His presence with the slightest stain of sin!!!

Or, perhaps, when we are in Heaven, amidst the saints, we all human souls are also at the same time in Hell, being tortured in hellfire for all eternity!!!

The enormity of this insane heresy!!! Needless to add, David Hobson has not reproached his new-found fiend (no misspelling this), Mrs. Benns, for this fiendish heresy!!! You may have heard this before: "Birds of a feather flock together"? The spectacle of the Hobgoblin and the Harpy cozying up with each other proves that fiends flock together!!!
