Wild Africa Creations -  Leather Art
Lino Belo is an aspiring wildlife artist whose creations are authentic and vibrant.  Born and raised in Southern Africa, this artist’s love for wildlife is very evident. One can not help but notice the 'Oneness' between artist, brush and nature.

Lino's art is unique.  He uses the combination of the airbrush, paintbrush and the pyrographic technique.  The  paint detail which is accentuated by pyrography, brings about the “African Feel” to his creations.

The art is centered around the african wildlife, especially that of Southern and East Africa.  The "Big Five", namely the Elephant, Rhinoceros, Buffalo, Leopard and Lion.  As well as other wildlife namely the Kudu, Impala, Zebra, Giraffe, Cheetah, Bush Buck, Dik Dik, African Wild Dog and many more.

Besides the "standard creations", Lino has graced homes in Europe with "personalized creations".  When doing personalized work Lino takes many factors into account.  Once the buyer has made his/her choice of  the wildlife for the artwork, Lino then takes into account the 'location' where the artwork will be displayed.  Lino believes this to be an important factor in deciding on the animal's pose and posture, which will compliment the room's atmosphere.  Once this has been decided Lino then presents the buyer with some sketches to be reviewed by the buyer.  Only once the buyer decides, does Lino begin.........
