We hold two classes each year for New Dancers. The next session will start September 12, 2009. Square Dancing offers social and recreational benefits for people of all ages and we like to encourage youth and families to join with us. Cost is $3.50 for adults and $2.00 for youth per session. The Wolf Pack was born February 14, 1998. It started as a class for New Dancers. One year and two classes later, the club decided to incorporate and join the Emerald Empire Area Council of the Oregon Federation of Square and Round Dance Clubs. We will celebrate our tenth birthday in February and are looking forward to many more years of dancing enjoyment.

The Wolf Pack is a family oriented Mainstream club. We have members ranging in age from 9 to 70 plus. Singles, Couples and Families. Everyone is welcome to dance with us, or if you are just interested in learning more about the world of Square Dancing, you are welcome to come and watch.

History of the Wolf Pack

As a club project, the Wolf Pack sponsors a wolf named Angel, who lives at Wolf Haven International in Tenino, Washington. You may visit her and the other wolves at Wolf Haven

Angel

       We hold a Benefit Dance each year to raise money for local non profit animal related organizations. We have in the past supported the Cascades Raptor Center and plan to do so again in 2009. They are a non profit organization that provides medical care and rehabilitation for injured birds of prey for release back into the wild. They also have an educational program to increase public awareness of wildlife.
        We have also supported SARA, Shelter Animal Resourc Alliance, in Eugene, Oregon who helps find homes for homeless Cats and Dogs.
        We have also raised funds for Angel and her friends at Wolf Haven International.

Until his passing, Wolf Pack sponsored Matsi, a member of the Sawtooth Wolf Pack, Wolves of the Nez Perce at the Wolf Education and Research Center in Winchester, Idaho.
