| Our Services and Prices: Prices include all supplies and labor. Standard Office Cleaning: $75 Flat Rate Usually defined as an office with up to three rooms, a bathrrom and/or kitchenette. Specified Areas: -reception area / single office room only $60 Flat Rate includes vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of tables / desks, etc -bathroom and/or kitchenette only $55 Flat Rate *does not include inside of refridgerator* -specific desk / cubicle / work area $45-$55 Flat Rate Larger Offices: $80+, hourly rates also available Call us if you have another specific commercial cleaning need that you do not see listed here. We'll be happy to work something out to suit your needs. |
| Payment & Scheduling Lewis Cleaning Company understands the need of flexible scheduling for our commercial clients. Our general scheduling hours are Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m., but if you have special needs let us know and we will do our best to accomodate. We prefer to schedule regular clients, whether weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, however one-time clients are encouraged to call. Payment for our regular clients must be made in cash for the first two visits; afterwards a check or money order is acceptable. One-time clients must pay in cash only. |
