RULES AND PROCEDURES
1. This months winners are listed above with NEW
2. Applications now being accepted for next month
3. Winners will be notified at the end of the month
3.A maximum of 6 winners a month will be chosen
4. Applicants, if not chosen the first time, may apply for the following month.
Do not take not winning personally, I choose to only accept six winners per month.
5. Web sitesare not chosen as winners of the award based upon their webmaster skills,
but rather the magic they impart upon their individual web sites through their art, content,
passion and heart, for this is the magic that will drive the webmaster regardless of their technical
webmaster skills and age.

*Creativity, Originality, Design, Color, Graphics, Glamoury, Elegance and most importantly,a site whose webmaster or web mistress shows
Passion AND Heart for their beliefs, their poetry, their art, their pets, their causes, whatever is most deeply important to them.

If you know of a web site that deserves some recognition, please email me, with details( webmaster or web mistress) for it to be considered.
Sites awarded will be given an image to upload to their server and to place on their web site and link to this awards page at
