| We call our vacation home Treetops. The reason for this name is because as you swing high up on the porch overlooking scenic Lake Gaston, you feel like you are right in the ....... "treetops." Lake Gaston is a 35 mile long lake situated along the VA / NC border. Here you will find the purest water, great for swimming, boating, fishing, skiing and just about anything else you can do in the water. Treetops sits right on the main lake offering incredible panoramic views. The six foot porch swings beckon one to grab a good book or take a nap as you hear the water lap the shore line. The boat dock is just a few steps away and offers deep water for a boat or jet ski. Lake Gaston is a known for having some of the best bass fishing and duck hunting in the east .
