Welcome to the website of the Ladakh Nuns Association, set up to keep friends, supporters and visitors alike updated with our activities. Now beyond it's tenth year, LNA is an active part of the religious and civic community in Ladakh. The Association has helped to raise the status, visibility, education and living conditions of the nuns. Because LNA has provided the opportunity for education and spiritual practice, there has been a substantial increase each year in the number of women being ordained in Ladakh.
