A statement from the author of this site. I was recently contacted by a patent lawyer and informed that at least one of the programs I was publishing on this website violates a software patent held by his clients.

Since I am not a huge corporation with deep pockets willing to fight a lengthy battle in the courts, just an individual hobby programmer writing software for individual satisfaction and the enjoyment of providing free, open-source utilities, I am not willing to risk being sued over something like this. Therefore I have reluctantly decided to take down this site and stop providing the software. Please do not ask me to provide any of the programs that were provided on this site or attempt to contact me as I will also be closing my email account.

It's back! I decided not to give in to the bloodsucking lawyers, and have moved my entire site to a UK host, out of the reach of the stupid US patent system. Thankfully Europe has rejected the idiotic notion of software patents, so hopefully this should be the end of any such hassle. The new site and all the files are at this new URL:
