| 'Dirty war' and era of barbarism The Hankyoreh This indicates Washington would not mind employing methods almost equally immoral and illegal to terrorism in their style and substance under the cause of rooting out terrorism. A number of innocent U.S. citizens were killed by the recent terrorist acts. But the war against terrorism must not result in merciless killings of equally innocent citizens of Afghanistan.
