32 13mm wide holes drilled into a 12 inch wide plastic rotor making a perfect circle with the circle of magnet-holes making a diameter of 254mm (10 inches) measuring the holes center-to-center.
The 305mm (12 inch) wide rotor-disc is made of cutting-board type polyurethane and is 25.4mm (1 inch) thick.
Nickel-plated grade 35 neodymium magnets of 14mm width and 28mm length are then pressed and glued into it every 25.4mm (1 inch) measured center-to-center.
Here is a photo of the 32 holes for the magnets drilled into the rotor:
Below are the 32 grade35 neodymium magnets pressed into the rotor - these magnets alternate their polarities (N then S) in order to produce AC current spinning against generator coils. Also note the hubs made to fit the rotor snug onto the motor-shaft...(stainless steel hub would be superior to the plastic ones shown):
COILS:
Here is the shape and size of the generator-coils the 32 N-S magnet rotor rotates against to make power - these coils are wound with 18GA motor-rated magnetic copper wire, and the length of wire is 132 feet to make generator coils like shown in these photos:
