KURT COBAIN WAS MURDERED
On April 8th, 1994, an electrician working at the Cobain residence discovered Kurt's body lying in the greenhouse above the garage. A gun was lying accross his chest, and a suicide note was found nearby.
Kurt Cobain had apparently commited suicide.

But wait...how can you be so sure? Take a look at the key facts in this case:

THERE WERE NO FINGERPRINTS ON THE GUN, OR PEN USED TO WRITE THE "SUICIDE NOTE. It was as if somebody swept these things clean of fingerprints before fleeing.
SOMEBODY WAS USING KURT'S CREDIT CARD. One of Kurt's credit cards was discovered as missing when police searched his wallet. But someone had attempted to use the missing card after Kurt had died (the official date of his death being April 5th, 1994). However these attempts abruptly haulted after his body was discovered.
THE SUICIDE NOTE WAS NOT A SUICIDE NOTE. A letter, identified by police as a "suicide note" is a letter that actually does not mention anything about suicide. It in fact is suspected to be a letter to Kurt's fans telling them that he was leaving the music industry. In addition, the only part of that note that points to suicide are the last four lines, addressed to Courtney and Frances (Kurt's wife and daughter). This part of the note has been questioned by several leading handwriting experts. And when compared to Courtney Love's handwriting, there is a suspicious similarity.
KURT WAS INJECTED WITH THREE TIMES THE LETHAL DOSE OF HEROIN. This much of a heroin intake would have caused him to be immediately incapacitated. He would not have been able to roll down his sleeves, put away his heroin and paraphanelia (found in a cigar box A FEW FEET from his body), and shoot himself.
KURT WAS KILLED WITH A SHOTGUN, a gift from a friend. This was a type of weapon that you just could not shoot yourself with, unless perhaps with your toes, and yet, Kurt was wearing shoes when he died. You could try and try to kill yourself with such a weapon, but it would not be possible, because the length of the weapon is too long for human arms. Also, Kurt was found with the gun lying neatly on his chest. It would have fallen to the side.
These are just a few of the things that have caused people to wonder what really happened on April 5th, 1994. The suicide theory just doesn't seem to make any sense anymore.
