Spinelli's first name is Ashley, but she makes everyone call her Spinelli because ever since she can remember every 'Ashley' she's ever known has been one of (in reference to "The Ashleys") THEM!!. It's not like she hate's the name Ashley she just doesn't want to be one of them!!
Spinelli was named after her great aunt Ashley, who was the 1st woman to win the iditirod huskey race, she would never forgive herself if she ever had her name changed, so instead, she's just made herself known as Spinelli. Spinelli is a little sensative when it comes to her height. She isn't exactly fund of being so short, especially when it make's her look less tough, but with the hat, the jacket and the motorcycle boots, i'm sure she can live up to her name!
