| TYRANT: Australian metal act, TYRANT - now have 8 songs available for listening/download at their My Space page including their first new song from their up-coming, "25th Anniversary" CD release - slated for mid 2009 release. Another new tune will be uploaded in late June titled, Running. The new song is titled, "Defenders Of The Faith" (a salute to 'Old School' metal bands) contains that typical TYRANT crunch, albeit with a slightly modern and far heavier sound - showcasing another chest beating anthem. Vocalist, Neil Steel (who also shares frontman duties with hard rockers ROADKILL ) has now almost fully recovered from his 'head on' car crash in August 2008 with TYRANT recently re-commencing the recording process. | RATT: Los Angeles hard rockers RATT - have signed a deal with Loud 'n' Proud /Roadrunner records. The band is set to begin recording its first new material since 1999's self-titled album this spring.
Over the past two years, RATT has toured the world in support of their releases,"Tell The World- The Very Best Of Ratt" and their first ever DVD, "Videos from the Cellar- The Atlantic Years". The current lineup of Stephen Pearcy, Warren DeMartini, Bobby Blotzer, Robbie Crane and Carlos Cavazo played shows in Australia, Colombia and Peru for the first time in their careers. The new album is set for a fall release and will be supported by a world tour. |

| KIX: US 80's rockers, KIX - will reform and play their first show in the US for 15 years with the lineup of frontman Steve Whiteman, guitarists Ronnie Younkins and Brian "Damage" Forsythe, drummer Jimmy "Chocolate" Chalfant and bassist Mark Schenker. Kix's set will feature many of their biggest hits including “Midnight Dynamite”, “Cold Blood”, “Sex”, “Yeah Yeah Yeah”, and their massive power ballad hit and MTV favorite “Don't Close Your Eyes”. The band had platinum success in the US during the 80's with their albums, "Blow My Fuse" and "Hot Wire" - while outside the US the band had a 'cult' status among the metal world. | LITA FORD: The US Queen of Metal, LITA FORD - returns in full force with her first new US studio album in 18 years, being released early this fall on her own JLRG Entertainment label. The new CD titled, "Wicked Wonderland" - is after a 15-year break from music living on an island in the Caribbean raising her two sons, Lita also hits the road this summer playing select festivals and motorcycle rallies in America and Europe.
The new CD is co-produced by Ford and her husband/former Nitro singer Jim Gillette, and Greg Hampton, drummer Stet Howland, formerly of W.A.S.P., Hampton on bass, rhythm guitar and keyboards, Gillette on background vocals.
