President's Message 2003, a year of unlimited success Ten years worth of economic expansion gave way to recession. As the world lingers on the verge of war, uncertainty in the American economy is imminent. Canada’s economy is robust and so was the financial status at Double Xposure’s. As the company sold shares for $10 each in October of 2002, the share value of Double Xposure has risen by 35% by the end of December of 2002. In today’s unstable economy, Double Xposure would be an envy of many large corporate companies. Furthermore, our period two audit results showed that our company had maintained a solid performance in financial gains. Share values were raised from $13.59 in December 2002 to $16.04 as of March 6th, 2003. Hence, this demonstrated how consistent that the company performed throughout the entire year. Period one sales peaked in late December of 2002 and late February 2003 for period two. A total of 69 memo boards were sold in period one and 76 in period two. That is an increase in sales by 10% over period one. Approximately 10% of our total sales were made in trade fairs while 90% were made by everyone in the company individually. By week five in period two, our company started to liquidate our memo boards at $7.50 each. That is equivalent to twenty-five percent off. Approximately 40 sales were made during the liquidation process. Throughout the year, Double Xposure made steady progress. Production was consistent and the company had three overtime production days in period one and three in period two. Achiever retention rate was 100% and weeven tied for first place at the 2003 Annual Junior Achievement Bowling Tournament with Faloolah! Teamwork definitely brought success to the company. As this year draws to an end, I would like to give my last word in this Shareholders Letter. It was an honour and pleasure working with everyone in the company. I am very proud of everyone’s commitment into the company this year. Without everyone’s effort, this company would not have been as successful as we are to the end.
