In conjunction with this annual event emulating the "Upacara Suro", Malay Art Gallery, Majlis Pusat and the Malay Heritage Centre, will be presenting a Keris Cleansing Showcase that will last for 4 days, entitled “Rangsang Rias Pusaka Bangsa V”, or in English; Heirloom Rejuvenation Ceremony V. It will showcase the ceremony that takes place in keris cleansing and the cleansing of other heirlooms, pusaka. There will also be Malay traditional cultural performances such as Kuda Kepang, Silat, and Tarian, or Malay traditional dancing.   Another interesting event during the period is also to hold a keris tournament, whereby we invite anyone with kerises to participate.
