The Northern Astronomical Review

The Northern Astronomical Review is intended for observers above 50 degrees north latitude. We are based in central Sweden, but communicate solely in English. We hope, like Polar Bears, Musk Oxen, and Polaris submarines, to span the entire top of the hemisphere. Much of our content will be produced by professionals and amateurs who inhabit or wander over these parts. There is a definite need for interesting information on star hopping and related matters for extreme northern astronomers in English, in one site, without recourse to anything but Internet resources. NAR hopes to fill that gap, whether you live in Fairbanks, Alaska, Churchill, Manitoba, in Greenland, or in Archangel, Russia. Wish us the best of luck.
