Every Monday Night at 8:00pm local time, join us on the 146.910 for the
S.A.R.A. club Net and Traders net. This net is open to all hams.

The 2008 ARRL Field Day has come and went. The SARA Club members did a fine job
getting the W4IE club call on the air. To see what they did, click on the above
ARRL 2008 Field Day logo to see the many pictures. If you have any photos from
Field Day you would to see posted here, let us know. We'll be gald to put them up.
New repeater is up an running strong, covering the Sarasota area.
With open access and no tone, feel free to use the system.
Also don't forget the club's other repeater at 444.925

This is always the third Tuesday of the month.
Club meetings are held at the Sarasota Memorial Hospital in Room 3-C
with a talk-in on 146.910. Club Board Meetings are held at 7:30pm, Rm 3-C

Echo-Link is now active.
Node Number 120697
To access a Echolink Node you must enter a #(pound sign) first, then followed by the node you would like
to connect to.
The system will then connect and announce the statis. To disconnect from
Echolink just enter ## the system will
then again announce the disconnect. For example to connect
to node 123456 you would keyup and ID that
you are accessing Echolink, unkey, then key back
up and enter #123456. Once you are done using echolink,
just key up and enter ## ( double pound).
The SARA Club QSL's thru both eQSL and the paper card way. Check here to see if we sent a card thru eQSL for you.
Just enter your call in the search box to see if you have any waiting.
