| The government illegally auctioned my land under false pretenses. I am the victim of an illegal taking. I want my day in court. I am the sole black farmer in 3 western Kentucky counties. In October, 2005, the Farm Servcices Administration sold my land. They also illegally sold property that did not belong to me, property they had no lien against or legal right to. They sold farm equipment valued at over $100,000 for a measly $13,000. They have never produced documents verifying this alleged debt: they sold the land and equiptment "because they say so". This is a violation of my property rights, civil rights and human rights. My land sits atop $750,000,000 of coal reserves. The government blackballed me from selling my land to the TVA, never produced docuents verifying my alleged $750,000 debt, blackballed me from selling coal to the TVA, even though my prices were cheaper than their other supplier. They boxed me in and denied me a means to repay a loan, that I never got. Where is the Justice? How can this happen in America? If this happened to me, it an happen to you. |

| My farm has been in my family for more than a hundred years. I am the victim of institutional racism against Black Farmers. There are thousands of cases of documented cases of racism and bias against-small farmers of all ethnic groups in the Farm Services Administration. The FSA bureaucracy is biased against small farmers, black, white, red, brown and yellow. If you eat, this affects you. The safety and diversity of our American farms is a national security issue. Help me get my day in court. I need help. Harry Young. Utica, Kentucky 270-275-4590 Call or write your congressional representative: My farm has been in my family for more than a hundred years.
