Worked in a team of 7 (4 web developers, 1 database developer, 1 technical writer,
1 graphic designer), designed and developed an online banking system application from
the ground up. This process involved database design (Oracle 8.0 and SQL Server 2000),
graphic design (Adobe Photoshop), web development (ASP, JavaScript, HTML), testing and
the setting up of necessary web servers and operating systems (Windows 2000 Advanced Server,
Windows Internet Information Server 5.0). This banking system enabled prospective and current
clients to apply for various banking products, i.e. checking, loan accounts as well as access
and manipulate current accounts.

Built middle-tiered components that communicate with gateway servers by requesting
specific customer banking data, capturing the message response and returning the
message in XML format to the client. Used XSLT to dynamically display results,
for example sorting records. Registered components in COM+ in Windows 2000 Advanced Server.

and development of various phases of the project. For example, the development
of components that facilitate the communication and data transfer between third
party gateway servers and current banking systems.
