1. New Automatic Free-Fall
It is third version of Free-Fall developed by Smart Line. It uses patented air cylinder and pushing finger to drop the glass down from glass rack to the freefall table and move it to cutting table automaticlly.
2. Glass Stacking/unstacking
It automatically loads glass from the conveyors to the rack, and does the reverse. It saves labors and energy on IG lines, washing machines and temper lines.
3. Patio Door Assembly Machine
It automatically assembles IG glass right into patio door panel and frame. It doubles the productivity than manual machines, reduces the labor and creates a great safety environment for workers.
