I am a registered nurse and a nurse-midwife soon. I have worked as a labor and delivery nurse in hospitals and attended births in a birth center.
I am a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator.
Classes are held in a comfortable, convenient setting in Nashville.
I combine the subject matter into one day (like birth itself, which, after all, takes only a day). This saves you commuting time. It also allows you to focus your undivided attention on learning skills to help you cope and grow with the birth experience.
The one-day workshop costs $120 for you to attend with your partner. It runs from 9 to 4 on a Saturday or Sunday, whichever you prefer. (Sixty dollars is payable in advance and the other $60 when you arrive.)
Classes include lecture, video, exercises, handouts and more.
