WELCOME TO THE RIVER!
Another day of fishing comes to an end.
The move is complete!  I've moved to my new home at www.catfishingamerica.net
Welcome fishermen!  Thanks for checking in!  My name is John and I'm what you'd call a die hard fisherman.  I spend a day on the water about once a week.  I mainly fish the James River in Richmond.  If you like catfishing there is no doubt, that is the place to be.  The blue catfish are constantly getting bigger and the Virginia state record will probably fall soon.

On my days off I prowl the river in search of the new state record.  I also enjoy taking those who haven't fished the James or those who do fish it and don't do so well.  My goal is to get a new personal best for each and every person that sets foot in my boat.  To date 8 people have landed their personal best catfish with me.

Frequent visitors will notice the format has changed.  The front page was becoming cluttered so I'm splitting it into more pages.  I'm also going to gear most things towards catfishing.

If you ever wanted to know ANYTHING about smallmouth fishing this is the place to be.  The member base is huge and if they don't know everything I'd be shocked.  A must visit for a bass fisherman.  Click the logo to enter!
This link will take you to Water and Woods Magazine.  Currently an online only magazine but hopefully will soon be in print nationwide.   It's a great site for both fishermen and hunters.
