Equipment Return that was scheduled for 12/2 has been cancelled for due to inclement weather.

After Season Party
Due to the weather and road conditions, we are going to reschedule the end of the year party for Friday, January 5th (same place, same time, same itinerary!). Wentzville got 8 inches of snow, the roads are all very icy and there is no guarantee that the clubhouse lot will be plowed in time for the party. So we hope to see everybody on the 5th!

It will be at the Stone Meadows Subdivision Clubhouse in Wentzville (directions below). We will be providing dinner, soda and cake for the boys and their parents (parents are welcome to bring coolers with adult beverages). From 7:00 - 9:00 we will eat, drink and be merry, and also give the boys their trophies and give the coaches their gifts. From 9:00 – 11:00 we have a company setting up tables where the boys can play Poker, Black Jack, or Roulette with some phony money (there should be room for some of the parents to participate as well). We have a dealer for the Roulette table, but Tracie Russo is hoping for a couple of volunteers to be dealers for the Black Jack tables, and someone to supervise the poker tables. She will also need help with setting up and decorating, and tearing down and cleaning up the clubhouse. Please e-mail her at O2BinCabo@charter.net if you can help. And one last thing - if anyone would like to bring an appetizer or sweets, it would be appreciated!

Directions to Stone Meadows Clubhouse:

From Hwy 40 and 94 - Take 40 west to Hwy N exit. Go left on N about 4 miles to Perry Cate and make a right (this is also the entrance to Wentzville South Middle School campus). Follow Perry Cate until you get to the stop sign where you see the pool and clubhouse on your right.

From Hwy 70 and Mid Rivers - Take 70 West to Hwy Z exit and go left about 2 miles to Perry Cate and make a left. The clubhouse is at the first stop sign and will be on the left.

And one final note - Tracie still has pictures for the following boys: Dylan Mozier, Jonathan Langford, Connor McKinley and Andy King. Let her know if you wanted to get these before the party, and she will make arrangements.
