Company Profile

Jedy Realty was established in November 1997 as an in-house broker of Crown Asia and Camella Homes the largest developer in the Philippines. It has established in such a short span of time an enviable reputation of being the most professional broker in the MB Vilar Group. It had received several awards, the most prominent of which is the  "Rising Star of the New Millennium" in 1999. A firm belief by of the latter on the enormous potential and far reaching vision of Jedy Realty.

Today the company has expanded its inventory by including other development projects by reputable developers. The properties which we sell pass though our evaluation process wherein we consider the developers reputation, development plan, construction materials used, amenities, utilities, topographical and geological considerations to name a few. Jedy Realty only sells good real estate properties, at it values it's reputation above all else.
