FILL THE MUSEUM'S NEW ROOM, "THE MANY FORMS OF ART" WITH THE MOST DIVERSE COLLECTION OF ARTWORK YOU CAN FIND. YOU AND YOUR TEAM MEMBERS CHOOSE FROM OBJECTS FOUND IN THE MUSEUM'S EXTENSIVE COLLECTION OF ART

WORKING IN TEAMS OF FOUR PEOPLE; SELECT A CURATOR, AN ART HISTORIAN, A POWERPOINT DESIGNER, AND A RECORD KEEPER AND BEGIN YOUR SEARCH.
A NEW ROOM NEEDS TO BE FILLED WITH ART. BECOME THE PROJECT'S DIRECTORS.

II. SEARCH THE COLLECTION: 


      UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE ART HISTORIAN, ALL MEMBERS BEGIN A SEARCH TO FIND TEN OF THE MOST UNIQUE AND DIVERSE WORKS OF ART IN THE MUSEUM'S COLLECTION. EACH PIECE MUST BE AS DIFFERENT FROM THE NEXT AS POSSIBLE AND MUST REPRESENT AS MANY UNIQUE TYPES OF ART AS AVAILABLE. ALL MEMBERS MUST AGREE UPON THE OBJECTS SELECTED TO BEST REPRESENT THE MUSEUM'S GREAT DIVERSITY.
I. ESTABLISH THE FOLLOWING ASSIGNMENTS:

A. CURATOR- CONDUCTS THE ORAL PRESENTATION TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR APPROVAL.
B. ART HISTORIAN- CONDUCTS THE INTERNET SEARCHES.
C. POWERPOINT DESIGNER- CREATES THE VISUAL PRESENTATION.
D. RECORD KEEPER- DOCUMENTS THE PROJECT AND ORGANIZES THE RESEARCH.
III. ORGANIZE THE OBJECTS:

     ONCE THE TEAM HAS DECIDED UPON THE TEN ARTWORKS TO FILL THE NEW ROOM OF THE MUSEUM, BEGIN TO CLASSIFY THE OBJECTS BY ARTIST, STYLE, MATERALS, DATE, AND ALL OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION. THE GROUP'S RECORD KEEPER DOCUMENTS ALL INFORMATION.
IV. CREATE AND PRESENT THE POWER POINT PROGRAM:

    THE POWERPOINT DESIGNER PREPARES THE PRESENTATION, USING A FORMAT THAT WILL BEST REPRESENT THE SELECTIONS CHOSEN BY YOUR COMMITTEE. ALL MEMBERS CONTRIBUTE TO THE FINAL PROJECT. A PRESENTATION BY THE CURATOR IS MADE TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR APPROVAL.

2. THE TEAM HAS VIEWED AND EVALUATED THE METROPOLITAN MUSEUM'S COLLECTION OF ART. ____
3. THE ARTWORKS CHOSEN SHOW SIGNIFICANT ARTISTIC AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY.                    ____
4. EACH TEAM MEMBER HAS CONTRIBUTED IN AN IMPORTANT WAY TO THE GROUP EFFORT.             ____
5. BOTH THE ORAL AND THE VISUAL POWERPOINT DEMONSTRATIONS HAVE BEEN CAREFULLY DEVELOPED.                                                              ____
6. AREAS OF THIS PROJECT WHICH COULD BE IMPROVED UPON HAVE BEEN CAREFULLY IMPROVED AND REDESIGNED.                                                    ____
7. THE PRESENTATION AND RELATED RESEARCH SHOW EVIDENCE OF INFORMED INQUIRY, CRITICAL DECISION- MAKING, AND A COHESIVE AND INFORMATIVE OUTCOME.                                        ____
