| We visited Estonia and Finland for a 3 week trip in the Fall of 2000. While there we visited the only school for handicapped children in Estonia, Emajoe Kool. Since then our Church congregation made some hats and scarves which were sent this past Summer. Another package will be going out in the very near future. Here are a couple of photos of our collection: |

tip of the iceberg.

This came from a Rig Manager for
Global Marine Drilling in St. Johns, Newfoundland. They actually have to
divert the path of these things away from the rig by towing them with
ships. Anyway, in this particular case the water was calm & the sun was
almost directly overhead so that sunlight went through the iceberg instead
of being reflected. This amazing shot was taken by a diver with a special
underwater camera positioned half above the surface. It is amazing
how clear the water is! They estimate the iceberg's weight at 300,000,000
tons.
